What's a good guide or standard to value traffic domains? For example, one of my .com domains has a relatively good daily u/v of 200 - 300+ consistently now (the .net version is a fast growing site) but a clickthrough rate (e.g. 7 clicks today from 366 visitors for $0.97 or 1.91% CTR)

Also, compare that to another domain that on some days get zero traffic but on some days (almost half the month) receives a few u/v's but most of the time with very high CTR's reaching 85% (dating name; $1.12 revenue today for example). Your opinions?

Bash your head against the wall, and then have a cocktail (21+)! :p :imho:

But seriously ... and very generally speaking ... track these patterns for a while, and then take the average monthly revenue (that has a consistent track record for, say, minimum 6 months+) and then multiply it by 12 months. Then, depending on the category or niche or demand (and other factors that a potential Buyer may consider, such at CTR's), multiply by ~2.50 - 4.00+/- (years) to arrive at a present value for those domains and their probable current and future revenue(s), IMHO. :gl:

If these are new or newer domains, the important aspect, for now, is tracking them and their traffic / revenues, in my judgement.
Hopefully others will comment more specifically, as well!
Best of Luck.
