i noticed alot of sales around .com and not country specific. is this always the case?

i own princesstoys.co.uk and another top boys toys related url and want to know their value and if its worth selling.

i see a lot of shit being bought and i think this a good url for somebody looking for ecomm project.

.com is always a better investment, if given an option.
Similar names in .COM have sold for low $$$.
Hence, I'd appraise this one also at the same price.
