thanks netzilla

However under the "Set Reg-lock/Auto-Renew Options" only one box was found - [and it was the Set Reg-lock only]

I clicked on the remove auto-renew options and still unable to transfer the domain.

I had contacted guru at domainguru.com and no response from domainguru yet. [since a week ago]

this is what i found

I'm trying to get my domain transfered, too. I unlocked my account, removed automatic renewal, got a quick email from Domainguru requesting the domain name to send a code to allow the transfer, but that is the last I have heard from them for a week.

Any others have trouble getting replies from them?
