I have domain in Alohanic.com
Registered by Snapnames.com in feb-2008

I don't understand, how I can unlock domain to transfer out it now? I send a letter to support, but they not answered yet.

i dont know how its control panel is but in many cases to unlock the domain you have to click in it as there is a link
after clicking in it you will, probably, be able to unlock the name

if this doesnt work i suggest you to call them instead of emailing... phone calls are better (if you are not in the same country of the registrar use, for example, skype)
