I have a couple of websites registered at 1&1.

I have now registered a couple of domain names I want to sell, and found this page:

It says that the domain must have public registration, but I chose private when ordering. Does anyone know if this will be a problem?

To transfer a domain away from 1&1, the following conditions must be met:

• The domain has not been registered or transferred in the last 60 days.
• The domain must have public registration.
• The account containing the domain must be in good standing.
• The domain's contact information should be updated.
• The domain must be unlocked for transfer.
• The domain's authorization code is needed (if applicable).

my guess is just disable the PRIVACY Option and you should be good

Just switch the Private off.
