How To Target International Domain Buyers?

I wonder if anyone has suggestions on how I might grab the attention of international domain buyers. I’m guessing that Sedo, Afternic and Godaddy have an international audience but is there anything specific I can do to get some domains in front of potential buyers (or general consumers) in other countries like China, Japan and Saudi Arabia?

I have sold domains to people all over the world, but may not focus on locale of buyer, until or unless such details are included.

even on forums, there are people from around the globe


so it's more about having domains that draw interest....
and not "relying" so much on a third party venue for exposure.


imo....
