How to sell trademarked domain name?

Hi,

I "have a friend" who owns a domain name that is most-likely considered to be a trademarked name by a large corporation. He would like to sell it for a reasonable amount of money. Any idea about the best way to do so without getting the lawyers involved in an antagonistic exchange?

No idea how to make it "friendly", PA Lawyer seems to practice in that area (Or he remembers more than I do from lawschool in that area ).

Actually, it's for a different domain name, Alan!
The one on my signature line refers to vinyl window upgrades!
