How to sell EU domain?

I have a couple of EU domains registered with GoDaddy I'm willing to sell. What is the normal procedure? Are there any restrictions?

The person buying the domains should be a registered European citizen as well or have a business operating in Europe. That would be the only restriction you're looking at it.

To transfer the domains the following response was given by a Godaddy representative on the forum:

Unfortunately, there is no way to do the Change of Account online, as you've found out. The .de and the .co.uk restistries, as well as several other ccTLD's, do not allow for the process. You'll have to contact our Change Department, at change(at)godaddy.com, and they can take of you. They'll have to manually move the domains for you. Congratulations on you first sale!!!

So i would send that department an email with the domains you need to transfer and to whom and where, is it going to be a internal transfer or are the domains transferred entirely away from Godaddy and to another registrar.
