I recently registered the domain Howtosel.com and I would like to get your professional opinions about it.


The idea behind this purchase:

• It’s a “HowTo” style domain (which usually has good demand for tutorials/how-to content).
• The word “sel” is a typo/misspelling of “sell.”
• According to my keyword research, the term “how to sel” still gets around 8K SEARCHES per mounth, with CPC around 3-4$.
• OFC he is not blacklisted

What I’d like to know:

- Do you think this typo domain has any potential value (resale or develepoment)? if yes how much i can sell it
- In your opinion, what are the best practices/tools to evaluate domains before purchase?
- Any tips for someone who is exploring expired domains (I found this one on ExpiredDomains.net)?
