How to manage my domain name at psi-usa.info?

Hello,

I won a .com name at Pool.com.And this name regged at psi-usa.info.

I got an email from psi-usa.info,they told me I can contact [email protected] to change the DNS.I have sent three emails but never got any reply...

Is there any one use psi-usa.info?Is there have a page to manage my domain name by myself?

Depending on the situation, the domain name should either be pushing into an account for you at the registar or the current owner should allow you to transfer the domain to another registrar where you have an account.

If the domain is NOT in your name, then you are in a bad situation and risk losing the domain.

PSI-USA is a confusing company. While the WHOIS has US information, this is posted on their site:

I would not panic at this point, but I would contact Pool if you cannot get a response from PSI after 24-48 hours. You could also try calling that US phone number from the WHOIS.

I'm curious about this too. Does anyone know?
My friend is trying to transfer their name from psi to another registrar, but they're not getting a reply to their emails asking for an auth code.

Oh these Jokers. I was unlucky enough to have received a Pool.com domain with them. They have one of the worst systems ever.

You might need to message [email protected] to try and get them to force psi-usa's hand. I had some issues dealing with them also.
