How to get in touch with the domain name owner?

Hello everyone,

I'm in the process of finding a domain name for a website/application I'm building. I found a great domain which suites my future business very well: instadoc.com. Right now this domain is parked with autogenerated ad page. I tried to contact the owner using the info provided in whose. The owner uses anonymous registration so there's an email can write to which supposed to be forwarded to the owner. I tried writing to this email but nobody is replying. They also have a phone # you can call to and leave a message to the owner. I tried doing this but didn't get any response either.

I also tried contacting HitFarm, the parking page provider and NameView, the registrar. However both of them have policies of ignoring inquiries regarding purchase of the customers' domains.

Do you have any other idea how can I get in touch with the owner? It would be disappointing if this transaction didn't happen because it would clearly be beneficial for both me and the owner.

Also, if anyone here is able to acquire this domain, I will buy it from them (if prices is acceptable of course).

Chances are they received your messages and ignored them.

Sounds like they didn't like what they heard. If you made an offer, you could try increasing the zeros one at a time (add, email, add, email). At some point during the addition, you should get a response

The owners who have whois enabled are not keen on accepting offers for the PREMIUM domains and will never respond, unless someone is crazy to offer big numbers..

I didn't offer a specific price. I just said that I'm willing to buy it and asked the owner to set the price. I expected at least some kind of reply/acknowledgment. Why would anyone ignore a potentially profitable deal? I'm not a domainer, I'm an end user. For me this domain is worth more than for a person who just uses it to catch traffic, which is what the current owner does. Also, today I sent out an email with a price as well as a message using the Contact Us link. Let's see if anyone responds.

Great idea. I checked and instidoc.com and zippydoc.com are both available for registration.

Instadoc.com is far from a premium domain and it has lots of alternatives, no need to beat your head against the wall to buy it. Its value is pretty close to zero actually. Just offer him whatever you want to pay, if no reply buy or register another name. Rapidodoc.com is another option.
