If they have privacy on a domain, usually means they don't want to be contacted and it will be difficult to contact them. What you can do if you're serious however, and there is a business linked to the domain; is look up the ownership info of their registered business and you might at the lest get a number or an address that way.

thank you for your response.

Yes i understand that privacy usually means that they don't want to contacted. However there could be right price for them maybe they would sell the domain.
So, yes I'm serious to get this domain. And domain is not parked or no any active website. Domain is just registered on GD and shows GD advertisement page. No business link so i have no any info about them..

Try looking on the wayback machine and see if there ever was a website there and if there were any contact details visible, bear in mind it might not be accurate especially if the domain has had multiple owners.

In response to "10 days ago" I sometimes don't receive emails on my private domain names. I have added my names to flippa and it has said they sent an email to the email in the whois but I get them sometimes.

Checked that..there was no website since domain registered 10 years ago and it was never parked either.

Did you already search for the domain (including tld) with a search engine? Maybe it turns up in a forum like this (probably with great luck only)?

Try a WHOIS history tool like DomainIQ, DomainTools, or Whoisology. It's possible that it wasn't always under privacy. Even if it was sold and you accidentally contact the previous owner, they still may be willing to help put you in touch with who they sold it to. Outside of WHOIS history, Archive.org, and searching the domain name in search engines there's not really anything you can do if they won't respond to the privacy email.
