How To find domains with traffic and TOP Keywords

Hey guys I'm back. Im oldie and a newbie at the same time.

I haven't been domaining in a while and lost touch on how to do things and find things.


Feels like there are so many more tools but now everyone charges $100/month

Would someone be so kind to teach me how to find traffic domain names. How to get top keywords for CPC on parked domains.

Willing to give a bonus after teaching lesson.

I am a newby too.

As per my knowledge, I think following are the characteristics of a revenue earning domain:
1. It should have solid backlinks. Quality is more important than the number of backlinks. For eg, a domain with 1 quality backlink might earn more than a domain with 10000 backlinks. Quality of the backlink based on the traffic on it and its relationship to our domain name (a backink in a auto sale site will make more traffic + revenue on a domain in auto parts niche). There should be a proper relationship between the parked site and the site with backlink. Backlinks on blogs suck. Backlinks on .org & .edu rock! You can check backlinks on your domain using majestic(dot)com. If the backlinks are on a popular site then its great.

2. High CPC and high google avg searches. Some parking companies allow users to manually set multiple keywords (eg. Domainsponsor ). Then you can set combination of keywords with few high Google searches + high cpc keywords and 1 or 2 low/medium google avg searches + high cpc keywords. (Godaddy auctions and expireddomain(dot)net are the best places to find these kind of domains

But there are typos (eg gooogle_dot_com) which can make significant revenue with lot of low cpc clicks

This is what i know. Some might have different views. I might be wrong in some places. Please correct where I'm wrong.
