How to find a nice domain ??

i never found any good names for domain and when ever i found something i just lost them because of one thing the domain has already taken by someone else anyone knows what i should use to find a good domain name may be it can be dectionary but the domain name should be simple right

Your best bet is to read and learn from this forum and all the available information on the internet. There is no easy way to explain how to find good domain names, and even if there was, I don't think there is enough space on this thread to explain it all!.

Sometimes you will find a nice short one there. :tu:

Btw, if you get a single word dictionary domain, it doesn't mean that you found a gold, except that word is a common word.
Dictionary domain is not the aim. Just find a good name. :tu:
Good names do not have to be a single dictionary word.

try dotomator.com for finding combinations of words. Keep an excel spreadsheet with all your name ideas. Never give up, out of the hundreds of names you'll search for, you'll eventually find something.

I always search for things i am familiar with first because that gives you an advantage that others dont have, many times names in our area of expertise are available wether they are acronyms or just short terms that mean same thing. also with life experience other areas come into play, I have picked up names based on my kids career path which I didnt even no exsisted.

im new to this also and i dont understand this. so if i come across a good name i make up and it isnt already taken i should register it. then park it and try to sell it? how do i find out what that "domain" is worth because to me its just words haha. and what does backordering mean?

backorder means you use a service and pay a fee to try and get the name the second it drops because if it is a good domain many people try and get it the second it becomes available. I wouldnt suggest making up names I only reg names that are for products or services that people actually search for and purchase, many domainers waste money making up names there are millions of useless made up names that and enduser could make up for themselves at reg fee.
