How to direct your blog to your name from Blogspot?

I following the instruction on blogspot and they said change the "CNAME" which I did, but it has been a week and it's still not done.
Do anyone know how to to it???

are you directing from your domain to blogspot, or blogspot to domain?????

put this on your blogspot website:

<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0; url=customdomain.com">

much better because blogspot will go directly to your domain.
set this up:

www.yourdomain.com CNAME ghs.google.com
yourdomain.com 301 redirect to www.yourdomain.com

put this on your blogspot website:

<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0; url=customdomain.com">

Also how can I set mydomain.com too, because now it's only www.mydomain.com showing my blog.
