How to contact privacy protected domain owner?

Is there any way to contact the domain owner if they use privacy protect in whois?
There is such a site who has cloned my WordPress Site in html including all contents, and believe it or not, the analytics and adsense codes too!
The nameserver points to Hostgator and I have reported to them, yet to get a response.
Can anyone suggest what to do under this circumstance?

Anything you send to the proxies contact info should reach the registrant.

From what you say, they probably don't give a ****.

Have you filed a DMCA notice with Hostgator? http://www.hostgator.com/dmca
File one with the domain registrar too.

Oh and block that domain in Adsense too - make sure it's not authorized to send clicks to your account. Just to be safe.
