I'd like to know , how I could contact members on another FORUM[my friends] about the new FORUM I have created and ask them to join it.

For eg, my friends forum has 30k members, how would I inform each one?

I have heard that PHPList does it. I am unsure about it.

Any help will be appreciated.

If your friend lets you have admin access to his forum.

Simply send mass email via the admin panel.

if they're your members you can use php list

They are not my members , they are on my friends forum. I'd like to get them on to mine as well.

I have tried PM'ng each of them but it's a TOTAL waste of time. I needed something where I can send all of them the same message.

If your friend lets you have admin access to his forum.

Otherwise isnt it possible ?

Actually, he isn't spamming if the admin gives him permission to mass email the members from his forum.

Upon forum registration, you have to option to decline admin emails.

Hmmm, I guess I need approval from my friend then for mass mailing all the members.

As a matter of fact I have received emails from different forums, but the people who sent me them arent registered on the FORUM. I contacted a few ADMINS and they said there arent any members as those.

Pretty CONFUSING

you can possiblly scrape the data from the members list if their email is public

You mean individually identify each of them and send them a mass EMAIL. That'd take a lot of time AGAIN.
