How to complaint Alexa.com's support about top-1m.csv?

Hi guys,
I met a problem, this problem has lasted for 22 days,since 30/1/2017.
Everyday so many sites(100,000) no ranks or out 1m ranked in top-1m.csv now.
Some sites just one parkingpage,some sites even not registered.
So i submit a request to alexa.com's support,
But they rather have been closed my problems, but not to solve their problem.
I'm going to complain to their work,some one know how to complaint ?
The top-1m.csv data is not accurate now.

I registered a .com for test just a parkingpage,and it into top-1m.csv now.
This is a joke, because this domain name is definitely no traffic.

They stopped updating their free 1m list,you can read about it here,it is still available through their paid service here,or you can search Google for websites that are paying for the list and then are publishing it for free,for example : siterankdata.com
