How to change arrow form menu (Image)

Hi all,

I saw some sites using a different image for the arrow of their form menu just like in this one:

I was wondering if anybody knows of a tutorial that teaches how to do that. (is it using CSS?) Thanks.

It might be javascript or some type of language. I would recommend viewing the segmented code from it.
