How to add personalized message to parked page?

Hello,
Is there a way to make my page blank, and add a personalized message like "coming soon" which I could type in myself???? or add a message somewhere on the page if it is parked??? I dont want to make a full fledged website but I would like to add some contact information on a page wether it is blank or with ads from being parked

Can't you just make a page with some basic contact details with Notepad, and upload it?

Thats what Im trying to do. I dont know how to do that. I registered the page through godaddy and have it parked at sedo but im confused on how to add content to it even if it is plain text and even if I have to stop parking it at sedo to do that.
