Help! How to make domain show a blank page?

Hi,

If I do not want to pay for hosting and host a blank page is there any other way to make this happen? i.e. I want the domain to be accessible, but with no content (all free hosting services will show some kind of ad somewhere, right?

use the free webhosting 000webhost.com then just delete anything in the fpt sever thing that should work.
