How to add *.mydomain.com to my hosting?

Hi,

I know maybe this question is very easy for you,I hope I can get a help at here.

I parked a domain name at my hosting,for example:mydomain.com.

And I can add a lot of sub domain names at the hosting,such as:
1.mydomain.com,2.mydomain.com......

My question is ,how can I add *.mydomain.com to my hosting?

I feel I should do some set up????

I'm not totally sure what you are asking. Are you talking about subdomains? For example Microsoft.com has the subdomain redmond.microsoft.com

you need to ask you host to add a wildcard to the domain

*.mydomain.com

so anything .mydomain.com will goto your site

this setting cannot be done threw cpanel

If you are using cPanel, you can use the Subdomains option. If not, you can use htaccess.
