Rule #1 - Do not fall in love with the name - If you can make a profit then flip it and don't look back

Rule #2 - Research the market and do not listen to anyone - After all it's your money

Rule #3 - Do not let your girlfriend or your spouse get involve in the domain business - They will never understand

If you still not sure then repeat the above 3 rules.
