I need a members area for my binpay.com website. I need it where they can keep track of different sells they have, how many has viewed them, if it has been sold, edit the selling items to update them, remove the items, expire the items, and I need the admin panel to be able to do the same thing, along with editing, removing the user info.

Geting the funds togethier and would like to know how much I should save up to get this done.
