How much money do you spend per year?

Some of you have hundreds of domains. How much will it cost you to keep em registered?

Im at $870/yr.

For me the cost isn't so much regging as it is hosting. Most of my domain purchases aren't to make money reselling but to develop as content, merchant, or affiliate sites.

ditto, not sure how many domains i have exactly, but its over 1000 (dot com,us,org,biz,net,de,ca and idn's) its hell to manage...

If he wins auctions or backorders he pays more than the regular $8.95 So he could as well buy about 10 domains, each costing around $900 on average.

When you have that many domains you don't pay $8.95.

The only domains I renew are ones I don't intend to sell. Although if someone happens to come along and pay my rediculous asking price on those ofcourse I would sell. Selling the others within a year for whatever profit I can get, reinvesting that profit to make more profits seems to work quite well for me.

Probably not. Who would start off registering 1000 names their first year. Most likely he's registered a few hundred a year for many years.

I paid about 8K in renewals this year. Plus another $2k in new registrations. Next year will be about 10K in renewals
