.cc How much keyword search volume is need for .cc's to have value?

.cc's have been doing pretty good lately, but only rich one word domains, or super high keyword names.

I am wondering how much search volume is needed to make the .cc worth anything.

I have JiuJitsu.cc (400,000ish exact monthly search) and DiamondRing.cc, (300,000ish)
