It may be a Dutch name. According to archive-org there was an active site into early 2005. Found one archive page which was in Dutch/German + a google returns all Dutch language pages. Would expect pr to decline quickly.

Very True even an "ugly" domain can get good PR with the right content -as far as I am aware PR is mainly based on "content" and this will diminish relatively quickly if the page is parked.
(I am not impying the domain is ugly

A PR5 can be considered a good thing, but I don't think the value is coming from the PR. You should consider the traffic coming to the domain name, and the time and effort that was put into the site to build it.
