God, I think thats Armstrongs.. i recall one thread where he offered his space a while ago..and man..it was like..more than rent :o

I don't recall ever offering my sig for rent. I do get PM inquiries once in a while, but all have been politely turned down not because "the price is not right", but because I just don't dig the rent-my-sig game.

Hurray for the sig game! Sig renting/selling/advertising is about the #3 reason I ever get involved in forums... can really pay off. And heck, why shouldn't it? All part of a community - you scratch someone's sig, they scratch yours. Just like real life. Would love to see affiliate links allowed in sigs, but can't have everything.

Right on, now I'm starting to get it..... so more post increase the rental value? How does that work, is there a scale? PPDay/PPMonth, are some sections valued higher than others, like DN Discussion posts are worth more than Free Resources, or that makes no difference? This really sounds like it could earn. What about size, does it go by pixels? Four lines in our sig's at #2 font size.... starts to add up. In more ways than one. :hehe:

Wrong you are. Real money comes from sigs, no doubt. Remember... there is more than ONE forum on the internet.
