First off, I'm not a lawyer, so my "advice" is simply that.

I'm quite sure you might think you're sitting on a potential pot of gold, but it might do you well to search this forum regarding trademarked names / cybersquatting and WIPO.

You might be OK if these happen to be your initials or an acronym for your own business. If not, beware.

"MTV" is quite an internationally recognized acronym for a company who I'm sure retain some mighty powerful legal staff. I wouldn't post these in a public forum. And I certainly wouldn't park them or monetize them in any fashion.

If you bought them with the thought that the company MTV (Music Video) would raise their value you are wrong. If you use them for anything to do with music it is going to be TM infringement. If the domain is for something like "Montana Vehicles" or something unrelated then you are probably fine. However, the domains have more potential problems than actual value.

Virtually everyone starts with some TM domains. Take it as a lesson learned and move on to quality generics.

In all likelihood, these domains are worth a range + or - $15 of the amount your paid. This insider secret can be applied to 99% of all new domain registrations. In your case, I would lean toward the -$15 due to potential TM issues as previously stated.

If you purchased these from some aftermarket source, subtract the premium you paid over reg fee and then apply the formula. IMHO

MTV.in is created on 2005-02-16 so it seems it has been created on the day .in made available to general public. To avoid any TM issue or to keep this domain with you please developed one page website and host it.
Do not park this domain, you will loose it in any law suite.
If you see Dispute Resolution of .in all parked domains have lost the dispute. So, my sincere request to you is just develop one page or minisite for MTV.in and save your Gold.
