How Many Np's are using Bido?

Hi guy's,

I was wondering how many of you are using Bido?

what are your thoughts?

I have sold a few names and so far so good, I have been happy with all the sales except one but hey thats the point the market decides the price.

So how many of you have put names in and got more than what you thought or less?

I have NYC-Property.com there today - Domain name auction for nyc-property.com on Bido.com - Social Auction Platform.

Low reserve of only $50 and I hope it goes for alot more than that but hey the market will decide.

So who else is going has got names up soon and do you think they shall sell for reserve? more or the standard $28

Just wondering peoples thoughts...

I've sold 9 hand regs since early October with prices between $28 - $156. It's not a roaring success but they were mostly names that I would likely drop. I'm trying some better names now with small reserves and not waiting for votes.

Bido is definitely a buyers market.

I have sold i guess 3 or 4 names and i am happy with the sale price. Lately i have a N-L.com type domain at Bido's No Reserve Auction.

Well NYC-Property.com - Closed @ $60 which isnt bad, not what I was looking for but hey this is what the market decided for this name.

What price would guys have paid for this? Estibot had it @ $130

Umm ok my views..

I like bido alot and the persons that own it, assist it, are nothing but helpful..

I do feel that the bad eco climate all over the world has not helped not just here but any online/offline venture and like anyone, are finding it alittle harder then normal to make their mark.

I have listed a couple of names and not had a great deal of interest but that may be just that my names did not appeal at that time or the potential buyer was not there.. Another day

I think with the obvious commitment the team have .. This is going to work and only get better.

I wish them lots of luck and I will list more names at a later date when I think my names may do better.

How does one get paid for names they put on Bido... do they pay you via paypal.

Do you need to transfer the name to them before they list it.

And what the listing fee is $8.95 or is it $28 if the domain does not get any bids.

An update; Listing fees *appear* to be gone:
The fee is calculated as a percentage of the total amount paid by the Buyer to the Seller for the item, and cannot be calculated until there is an Accepted Offer or High Bid. The amount of the fee for any sale is specified at 10%, and is subject to change from time to time.
