I eat anywhere between 1000-1600 calories a day

haha, me too... me.. probably ~3000 or so, but I need them all just to have enough energy for work, still lose about 5 pounds a month.

Thats unhealthy, the recomendation is 2000 for women 2500 men (or near that).

Actually I like those "disgusting green crap"... well keep tryin and you might like them too. Life can be so much fun with the introduction of the greens :D

I'm trying to get in shape, so I've cut down quite a bit over the past 8'ish months. I used to be 3000 or so, now I'm around 1700.

All I know is that if it is a bar night(every other night...isn't that where the hot chicks are at?) ...then the calories exceed my comprehension (I drink beer so it is ususually a long night at the bar).

Not that i keep count but about 2900-3200

Yikes - I've been trying hard to forget that I'm on a diet, but now I saw this thread and it got me thinking...

I'd say about 3000 would be a rough estimate - not a very good performance when I need to lose weight, is it?
