How is this affiliate site setup?

Hi all,
Has anyone seen something similar to this site:

www.rewardsonline.co.uk

It differs very much from standard affiliate sites, in that they are able to offer Paypal cash-back for every purchase to their customers.

Not sure if this setup is run by either Paypal, Tradedoubler, or some fancy custom script.

What do you think?

If that's affiliate and they give rewards to their buyers, doesn't it mean their original prices are higher?

They cannot charge higher prices, affiliates don't have any control.

What it seems is that they have a backend system that keeps user details, and then pay back part of their own affiliate commission.

Probably a custom script, but would be interesting to find such a script for sale.

maybe people like TradeDoubler should create one and offer it?
