This is a very serious post and I really could use some advice. I am (was) a web designer/developer that had a freelance web design business for years. Over that time I collected a variety of domain names. I am now battling stage 4 mesothelioma cancer. Mesothelioma is consider terminal. I am shutting things down and trying to liquidate all of my assets. This is important to get this wrapped up now before it is too late. I'm wanting to sell all the domains I own and not using so that I can add this money to the trust for my children. This is a very real situation, you can read and view my blog about my cancer battle at http://www.frontstaged.com.

I paid the registration on these domains for years, so I'm at least wanting to recoup my own investment. Even after I pass, I have one employee that plans on continuing to renew these since they are assets of our business.

I need to sell all of these domains at one time, but I'm struggling on getting these sold. Does anyone have any advice on how to sell all of these at one time? A suggested price for all of these? A place I should try selling them on?

I could really use any advice on how to sell all of these domains fast. Here is what I have:

Hi Chris,

I visited your blog and am impressed with your determination to move forward and document your journey.

As for your domains, the best thing you can do to get some attention is put prices on them. The names might be nice, but buyers will click right past them all unless you give an indication of what you expect because we don't know if you're expecting $40 or $40,000.

Also consider splitting them up into groups that relate to each other. You could group all the Carolina names together and seek out buyers that have use for Carolina names and come up with a price for the group.

Best of luck,

RJ

Everyone has good and bad domains. Bad domains means. The domains which is without keywords and not targeting general audience. Its trick. Not the real way. But hopefully it can help.because it works everytime for me.

Make a lot of 5 to 10 domains and in 5 domain lot put 2 Good domain name and 3 other which you cannot sell easily.

Now offer the right price to the buyer. It will give benefit to both buyer and seller. You can sell unpopular names easily and also get the good price for them. Even this price is high for those names and the buyer will think he/she getting good deal. Because at that time buyer will only focus on those 2 names.
