I see a domain i would love, and it is 'selectable' for back order.

But

A: What would it cost?

B: I don't have a credit card

A: Backorders vary by snap service. You might also check out Pool.com or Namewinner to help you get the name.

B: Get a credit card. It will save you a lot of hassle.

I agree with anthony there are many services you have to use to have the best shot at a domain because not one is absolute as far as the credit card goes if you are having trouble getting one go sign up for a paypal account and you will then be able to fund it and get the paypal mastercard/atm card hope that helps.
