How does Google select the content to use on your site?

I registered with Google's Adsense program using a domain site but now I'm using a site that has nothing to do with domains. When I add Google Adsense to my new site will it put domain ads on there or will switch to relate to my news site content. Do I have to do this somewhere?

i think you have to add your new domain in the adsense and you need the approval from the google. Once you approved you can place the code on your site...google automatically crawl your site and find keywords to show adsense ads...so you dont have to do anything on it...
