How do you post an ad for free on google? or should i say how do you give a link to your site to google? I want to know here is an example picture of what i am talking about.

You mean you want to be part of the Google index?

Get links to your site and Google will find it.

Also I recommend making a sitemap usuing a generator and submitting to google, it makes the identification of your site to google go faster...
