How do you make a screen shot.

I know how to do flash, and I wanted to enter on of the contest, but then I realized I didn't know how to take a screen shot of what i had made to enter. I don't know if this is the right place to ask even so if it isn't Sorry.

Any help would be apprictiated

Also, something I just learned only a few months ago, if you hold ALT and then hit PrtSc, it captures the active window, so if you only want to capture your browser, and don't want to capture your start bar or messenger windows, it's a lot easier than taking the screenshot and then cropping it or blacking stuff out.
