Hi, I've heard that ClickBank is a great way to earn income. However, I can't figure out how someone would buy a product based on the standard landing pages that is so commonly used and extremely wordy.

Is there anyone here who has earned a regular stream of income from ClickBank? How do you do it? And why would visitors be attracted to those landing pages for the affiliate products? ( I get turned off and immediately leave those sites)

Thanks for any advice, comments and suggestions.

I think you'll find that most successful click bank marketers use review or mini sites with their clickbank products. Check out "Acai Berry" ads on google (right hand side) and you'll see that a lot of these sites are either review or mini sites selling products.

Thanks. Could you suggest some ways for presenting the CB product on a minisite?

I am not sure how CB counts or converts, because my experience over several years sticking a nice ebook on my sites and getting thousands of visitors shows that CB converts badly with me - Despite a high CTR. Also, beware of the constant deductions on your account if its below threshold, because CB deducts from your account every certain period. If you don't make sales, your account could be deducted to zero/nil.

So either CB rip certain affiliates off (There's been such talk for a long time actually) or those people doing well with them have some magic formula I don't know, because if you talk about review sites, there are TONS of them, and I would imagine many people have gotten wary of such numerous "review" sites....Even if I am a casual surfer I'd be sick of them.

I would think those Beware, Get the Truth reverse psychology review sites are already passed their prime by now....But hey, what do I know?

The high rollers with CB claim to make thousands and tens of thousands, which means they sell in a HUGE volume (and note with CB you CAN ask for a REFUND), so I believe many people do ask for refunds and those results I find hard to believe. Unless they run PPC ads, on a huge variety of keywords, because organic search traffic seems to do poorly, but I've never done Adwords, you see.

I do wonder how those CB ebooks sell like hotcakes?? This is a domain forum, so you'd need to go elsewhere to hear the "big rollers" talking how they "make money like water" with Clickbank...

Indeed. I've gotten pretty sick of the landing pages of most affiliate. There are some impressive ones though. And yes, I've also heard about the deductions by ClickBank.

That's how it's done.

Warning: People who make profit using Adwords to drive traffic aren't Adwords noobs. If you don't know what you're doing you're more likely to lose money.

the "big rollers" talking how they "make money like water" with Clickbank..

Hmmm - the telltale sales jargon of people promoting their own "how to make money with Clickbank" product :D.
