Hi,

I've owned websites for decades, but have never sold a domain. I have two domains that I'm not using that I think might sell well.

littlemikey.com
lacomputertech.com

Let me first give you some background on each domain.

LittleMikey.com is a website that I started that was just for fun. It's a website with jokes and funny things on it, but I have not updated it in a long time (over 10 years). It was getting quite a bit of traffic when I was making posts on a consistent basis, but that was a while ago.

LAComputerTech.com is a website that was for my computer tech business when I was in LA, but I'm no longer there. It had a blog that had a lot of posts on it, but it got hacked, and my hosting company could not retrieve a copy of the last version of the site before it was hacked, for whatever reason. So it has a blank blog on it. I have not touched that site in over a decade either.

I'm wondering what is the best way to sell these domains quickly and for the most profit. Is there anything I should do before I sell them to make them more appealing?

I know that afternic and sedo are the best places to list them, and that I should put a Buy It Now price, but how do I determine the BIN price for each domain, and what is the best way to promote them so they get the most exposure?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
