How do I report false Whois information?

How would i go about reporting false whois information? I know its not aloud, but where would i term these people with names that give misleading information on contacting them?

I've seen several registrars with Report buttons on their own sites as well - like Godaddy has one built in to the whois section.

Makes you wonder what the situation is for people who use those whois privacy services.
