I am relatively new to the domain business. I have invested about $450 so far. mainly for domains.
I have added my domains to a few sites like godaddy and sedo.

However i feel like im getting no reach whatsoever. i have paid for promotions on both site's but when i look at my views it feels like im the only person who has even clicked on the auction/listing.

for example i have listed the domain explorethailand.org on godaddy with a starting bid of $30. I have also added the featured list option for $20. So far it has been 3 days and it has somewhere around 7 views. and im pretty sure all of those are my own.

anyone know what i can do to get more reach to my domains?

You can pay for as much promotion as you want, but if you don't have domains that people want in the first place, you're burning cash unnecessarily. The domain mentioned in "COM" would be fine, but in the "ORG" I wouldn't be as happy with it. If you spent that $450 on just one nice "COM" at a solid investor rate, and priced reasonably for resale, maybe you'd find a different reaction. Its a cliché, but experience pays its dividends. IMO

How much reach do you expect with a 4-day old handreg? Work harder, perhaps a bit of development, social media engagement, in time some of your quality domains might reach the right person.

7 views may not have nothing to do with reach, and everything to do with interest (or lack thereof) on the part of those wishing to click the name or not.

Sorry but these aren't good domains, I think you should stop spending money on these low-quality hand-registered domain names. You are wasting your time and money.

Check out https://www.brandbucket.com/ or https://www.squadhelp.com/ to see some examples of quality domain names. Hint: most hand-registered domain names are not good.
