How do I do this effect with css

Hi there guys I have just registered on the site, so please be gentle with me.

I was searching on the net how to create image rollovers in css and found this site. Click Here

I love the 3d drop shadow around the main content that has rounded corners at the top and bottom of the main area.

If any one has a link to a tutorial on how to do this that would be awesome.

There's a list of CSS (and Javascript) rounded corner links at Smiley Cat.

Some are good, some not. Some are detailed tutorials, others are more minimal.

YMMV, but it's worth poking around as all the major rounded corner players are there.
