I really like the clean look of rounded corners for side menus. I have seen people do this with javascripting and modifying the div tag, but have don't have a clue how. Does anyone know of a good tutorial page or scripts to make this happen? If you see my site www.artshowcentral.com you will see that all my corners are square and I would like to clean it up. Thanks.

There are easy ways to do it with images, but I don't understand at all on how it works without them.

http://spiffycorners.com/ does it with CSS using only the bold tag.

I would highly recommend doing it with images. You can make a simple and clean CSS layout with the images and have rollover effects for highlighting or underlining on overlay. I don't think there is any real need to start going into JS for it.

Nifty corners is kinda industry standard for the rounded corners using JS and CSS. If you planning to make it crossbrowser then go for Nifty corners.

One more way of doing it is :

<div style="margin:3em;padding:1em;border:1px solid red;-moz-border-radius:1em;">Great Indian Curved Borders</div>

But the problem is, it only works with Mozilla/Firfox.
