How do I delete a bid on a GD auction?

Would be grateful if someone could give me the info on how to delete a bid on a GD auction. I cannot find anything in my bidding list that allows me to delete the bid. It only allows me to increase the bid. Many thanks..

The reason they won't allow this is because what happens in the case that you bump bid someone and take the leading spot and then back out.

Next thing that happens is someone (3rd party) takes note of the high bid price and then proxies it with seconds to spare.

If original bidder isn't at home, they won't have the proper chance to a fair auction.

It's shill bidding to find low proxy bids for last second adjustments, plus too if you back out the person might put in a higher proxy bid and again a 3rd party can shill them.

When you are participating in a GD auction, you have to type in and confirm your bid for a reason, if you don't want the domain for the price you double confirmed - please don't bid. In worst case scenario's you have 2 minutes to type in an amount and confirm it... that's not too big of a time crunch to double check your work.

I just placed a (thankfully low) bid at a GoDaddy auction for one domain, and when I submitted it, the bid went to a different, wrong lot. The other lot was open in another tab in Google Chrome. I replicated the correct bid, and the errant bid was replicated. The poor web engineering certainly has shaken my confidence in the GoDaddy auctions platform.

GoDaddy auctions support is closed overnight for the next six hours, so no hope of immediate support. Not a problem for me to follow through on the purchase, but crazy stuff.
