How do I convert Sedo stat page into a file to post on here

How do i create a file from my sedo stat page to post on here , Is it something to do with printscreen?

There are two options:

1. You can save it as .xls on sedo (excel table)

2. Use printscreen, then get a free image view program like irfanview(.com), paste the picture and save it as .jpg or .png
