How do I apply for backorder/dropcatch?

I applied for a backorder with SnapNames and GoDaddy, but the drop catch results showed that I was unable to acquire the domain name.
domain name was acquired by a mysterious registrar called Jumbo Name, LLC.
If you visit the registrar's website, you'll see bigrock.com, and the contact information in the whois information is listed as [email protected].
How do I apply for backorder/dropcatch with these registrars?
Please tell me about these registrars.

I agree. I never got a single domain from snapnames, but get loads from dropcatch .com
