That my site completely goes down when it starts getting popular. The thing that sucks is I was getting hosting from GCGirl here at NP, but I think she kind of forgot about me and I guess someone else owns that box now, because the website for her hosting domain is parked, and she stopped charging me months ago

So I bet now the person renting the same box with my account still on it realized this and cut it off. But now I don't know who's server it is, and GCGirl4Ever is never on NP or AIM anymore, so I don't know what to do

I'm just hoping that if it was taken offline the person had the decency to save it or something because I hadn't backed up in a while.

Although, if you were not being charged and knew it, don't you think you should have brought it up. Taking advantage of a "pay" service for free is not how I would suggest building a business. :imho:

And that's why I think she doesn't even own that box anymore, hence her not charging me since you say that doesn't sound like her. But also, a few months ago, she helped me out with something, and this was after she hadn't charged me in a while, so I figured she knew or would at least realize it soon.

Anyways, if anyone can get me an account with at least 4GB space and 40GB bandwidth and WHM set up for under $15 a month, let me know.

Anyways, does anyone know when the next time she'll be on NP is, or at least if she has a different SN than the Samsonov one I have, since she's never on that either?

Having the same problem with all my sites with her and I have been paying a full year.

I hoping that she is still in business because fellow NPer BensonTwenty (he was helping her) assured me that he would let me know if something happened. If something did happen and they closed up shop without telling me, we have a serious problem here.

I like both members but not letting someone know that you will drop all of their sites' hosting is just wrong. The very least they could have done was tell their customers if they had to shut down.

Hopefully, its not what it looks like and there is a reasonable explanation for it, but it looks real bad right now. I have been trying to contact both the past couple of days with no luck. Neither has been on NP in December either. This could ruin a few of my sites.

My apologies to both members if there is a reasonable explanation for this and my account is still intact.

Then at least I know I'm not the only one, and that my account wasn't just up and deleted. I hope so because I had like 20 to 25 sites on it. I have emailed both with no luck yet though.
