Let's collectively help NP's servers

I looked at my PM box and there were almost 2500 messages.

I realized this makes NP load harder, and if everybody would clean up their PM's just a bit, that would help NamePros in a way.

Given the fact, that PM's can be saved in CSV, XML, or TXT format, they will not be lost.

So, now I have only 750 total messages.

So who is gonna join me and clear up their PM box?

I delete any PMs older than a month. It's rare if I have more than 50. What do you people do to get so many PMs

I always clear out the unwanted PMs as it just gets too messy keeping them all. I don't get why a lot of people just build up their inbox without cleaning it up

I have found it useful to refer back to my PM's occasionally, however I just deleted my sent items, effectively halving my total number of messages ( about 300ish )

You can save all your messages, in different formats before you delete any.

We trade alot :p

Every trade = usually at least 10 pms back and forth (inbox and outbox )

I was amazed though how many I racked up here though. 1352 :D

I've been trying to practice this being a forum administrator myself, I had thousands in my box originally spanning back years. I'm bad at not deleting PMs and Emails, but a few months ago I started making myself do both.
