How come Dynadot is so cheap?

Whereas GoDaddy Reg is $12 and renewal is $19 (without coupons).

How come Dynadot is so cheap? Is there a catch here?

as networksolutions.com charges more than gobaddy

and both probably have more overhead costs to account for.
