how can i make my web site as a news site..? like how can i put online news which is on bbc website or any other news resources on my web site automatically ... is there any script which we use or something else ?

You'd use the RSS feeds at the sites you want, then use a parser such as this: http://magpierss.sourceforge.net/

As David pointed out, RSS is great! Also, check some of your favorite news sites, sometimes they have a special code that you can place on your website to bypass the RSS reader.
